Piksters are loved for their ease of use, single handed action, variety of sizes, low cost, convenience, the twisty handle, the stronger stiffer wire and the durability of the bristles. Piksters® are made by Erskine Oral Care. Although Erksine Oral Care are Australia-based, Piksters.co.nz is the NZ distributor of Piksters® and is part of Aluro Healthcare Ltd, based on Auckland's North Shore.

Erskine Oral Care is an Australian company and was established in 1992 by Dr Craig Erskine-Smith as a dental distributor to the Australian dental industry. Dr Erskine-Smith is a former dentist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Erskine Oral Care designs, manufactures and distributes dental and oral care products throughout the world.
Our flagship brand, Piksters® is widely distributed throughout dental, grocery and pharmacy channels as New Zealand’s leading interdental brush. We strive to bring innovative, new and improved products to the market that represent high quality and value to dental professionals and consumers.
In 2019, Piksters® proudly introduced the world’s first bamboo interdental brush, a sustainable alternative to plastic. Bamboo Piksters® are 96% plastic-free, made from sustainably grown, fully biodegradable bamboo. The packaging is 100% recycled and biodegradable.
